At The Commit Club, we value our members and strive to provide the best experience possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a commitment.

Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to both monthly, quarterly and annual plans.

In the event that you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your membership, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually to determine if an exception may be granted.

Events and Programs

Event Tickets: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Workshops and Courses: For workshops or courses, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date.

Merchandise

Any merchandise purchased from The Commit Club is eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund or replacement.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.

Annual memberships cancelled after the first month of service will not receive a pro-rated refund.

Event and Program Cancellations

The Commit Club reserves the right to cancel any event, workshop, or course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email at thecommitclub@gmail.com or through our website’s contact form. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations requested outside the timeframes mentioned above will not be considered except in extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies or significant events beyond your control.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
